Visitors Center and Temple from Main Street

This picture was taken from Main Street. You can't tell from this picture that you are looking at two buildings. The lower building, in front, is the Visitors Center. On the top part of the Temple is visible behind the Visitors Center. In the foreground is a hip high wall that was just installed this winter. On the street side of the wall is a flower bed and at ground level are more flowers. The lawn is very large. The Easter Pageant was held to the right of the Visitors Center and this lawn was covered by hundreds of chairs. The pageant tells of Christ's life from birth to Resurrection and is the largest outdoor Easter Pageant in the World. I went for the first time this year and it really is wonderful. People from around the world come to see it each year. It runs for over a week and has over one hundred participants.
